The Tower

The Tower, Vauxhall, London is a 185 meters tall Residential tower with 52 levels and was completed in 2013.

The Tower is one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe and is the first high rise to be erected in the Nine Elms London Regeneration Scheme. http://www.nineelmslondon.com
Our founding Director was responsible for the Design and Build from tender stage through to completion. The Shell & Core included the structure, façade, all major M&E, 10M vertical wind turbine, lifts fitout to the reception, business lounge facilities, cinema, Spa treatment and fitness areas and common areas.

Eden Centre

The Eden Centre High Wycombe has over 850 000 square feet of Mixed Use development and was completed in 2008.

This development transformed High Wycombe into a major shopping destination for the affluent Thames Valley catchment area. Working closely with the Council and creating significant employment for the local community was a great reward.
With over 850 000 square feet of mixed use development including 48 residential apartments, 58 retail stores with the major anchors of House of Fraser (140 000 square feet) and M&S, 8 restaurants, a 24 lane bowling alley, a 12 screen cinema, a new Library, a new bus station with administration offices and a multi-storey car park for over 1600 cars.

199 Knightsbridge

199 Knightsbridge, London is a 205 Luxury Apartment Scheme and was completed in 2006.

It is a 12-storey residential development in the heart of Knightsbridge. Located next to 1 Hyde Park and Harrods, it comprises of 205 luxury apartments with a concierge service managed by the Hyatt. It offers three basement levels, Mews Houses, Penthouses, fitness areas, business lounge facilities, and includes an award winning Garden Square.

This project won ‘Residential Development of the Year 2006‘ award at the Property Awards.
