Greenstone’s innovative approach to development demonstrates how the private sector can add real social value when properly focused.
We originate opportunities, secure sites and structure transactions, bringing together investment capital and experienced teams to deliver homes for local authorities and housing providers.

Greenstone originated and played a leading role in structuring the delivery of 155 new-build Social Rent homes in Alperton, London. We secured the site, negotiated a long-term lease with the London Borough of Brent and worked closely with our funding partners to secure the required institutional capital.
Greenstone acted as Development Manager from acquisition through to construction completion. Practical completion was achieved in May 2026, and the homes are now occupied by Brent’s tenants—a place for residents to settle, build their lives and feel at home.

We identify opportunities and establish a clear route to acquisition, funding and delivery.
We structure acquisitions and lease arrangements that align local authority and housing provider requirements with investment capital to deliver commercially viable housing developments.
We optimise existing scheme designs where possible to increase net residential floor area. We also identify smarter construction methods and procurement strategies to reduce construction costs while protecting quality and long-term performance.
We unlock housing opportunities through development structures that address commercial and financial barriers.
Working with Institutional Investors & Local Authorities we are increasing the affordable housing pipeline.
